Intern's selective process gamification

Ebanx Challenge foi um projeto de gamificação do processo seletivo de estágio no Ebanx, empresa que oferece soluções para pagamento global na América Latina. O desafio foi oferecer, de forma leve e educativa, conteúdo informativo sobre proposta de negócio aliado a fit cultural da companhia.

Através desses princípios foi utilizada uma mecânica familiar aos "stories" onde o usuário navega em poucos toques por uma jornada linear. Através da solução foi possível construir uma narrativa imersiva e avaliar os candidatos através de competências e valores do Ebanx, melhorando a forma de encontrar e selecionar novos talentos.

Fui responsável pela construção e aplicação da linguagem visual nas mecânicas e interface base do produto Kolab Stories (by PushStart), de modo a melhorar a experiência do usuário com o conteúdo exposto e colaborando ativamente com o time de desenvolvimento, a fim de garantir o padrão de qualidade elevado ao usuário final.

Ebanx Challenge is a project to gamification the intern's selective process in Ebanx, a company that offers solutions to global payment in Latin America. The challenge was to give, lightly and educationally, informative content about the business proposal ally to the company's cultural fit.

Through these elements, was used as a familiar mechanic to "stories" where the user browses on a few touches through a linear journey. Through the solution was possible to build an immersive narrative and to evaluate the applicants through Ebanx values and skills, improving the way of finding and selecting new talents.

I was responsible to build and apply the visual language to the mechanics and the base interface of the product Kolab Stories (by PushStart), improving the user experience with the content and actively collaborating with the developer's team, to guarantee high-quality pattern to the final user.
